We dedicated our time to morning practices such as yoga, kundalini movements, meditation, and dance. We also gathered for nourishing meals at long wooden tables decorated with flowers, enjoying the beautiful view of the valley. We delved deeply into workshops and practices like shadow work and the Kundalini Awakening Process. Between sessions, participants had the option to go hiking, visit the beach, enjoy adaptogen drinks and other treats from Anima Mundi, or draw a card from various decks.
We challenged ourselves in the ocean by surfing together, where we could really put our inner practices to work. The week ended with our closing ceremony, where we set bold intentions for the coming year of our lives, which we gathered to look at a year later.
The group from our first retreat are still connecting regularly, and life-long connetions have been made.
