Meditation Month
This month, we’re diving deep into one of the most powerful practices we know: meditation.
We first discovered meditation back in 2014, through Oprah and Deepak Chopra’s guided journeys. At the time, we didn’t really know what we were getting ourselves into—just that we felt called to try. Little did we know it would completely change the way we live, breathe, and see ourselves.
Meditation has helped us connect to a sense of peace we didn’t even know was possible. It has opened up creativity, healed old patterns, deepened our intuition, and reminded us of who we truly are beneath the noise.
This month, we want to share that gift with you. Whether you’re brand new or you’ve been sitting in silence for years, this is an invitation to explore meditation in a way that feels good, supportive, and exciting.
Expect guided practices, soulful reflections, and simple tools you can weave into your everyday life. By the end of the month, our wish is that meditation feels like a trusted friend—one you can always return to for clarity, grounding, and love.

Forest Bath
We are bringing in a practice that was a HUGE favorite at our last retreat at Nøsen. Forest bathing, or Shinrin-yoku, is the Japanese practice of slowing down and immersing yourself in the atmosphere of the forest with all your senses. It’s not about walking or exercising, but about arriving fully in the moment, breathing deeply, and letting the natural world remind you how to be present.
As you are out in nature, we will be together on Zoom, and Anette will guide you through a gentle forest bathing experience. We like to practice connecting with each of our senses - smell, hearing, taste (maybe), touch, vision. You’ll learn how to connect with nature in a way that soothes the nervous system, reduces stress, and nourishes your spirit.
This is a beautiful practice that will stay in your system for a long time, and you will walk in nature differently ever after!
NB you will be walking alone but we will be a group together on zoom
NB 2 this is a daytime session
You need:
- Headphones and your phone for zoom connection
- Comfortable clothes to be in the forest
- To go to a forest or peaceful nature near you
Empowering Walking Meditation
Join us for an inspiring Walking Meditation, designed to strengthen your self-love, self-image and connect you with your higher self. Guided by Susanne through Zoom, you can walk outside in your own space while we offer gentle cues to deepen your awareness.
Susanne will guide the way you walk, your posture, and give you cues for focus along the way. Perfect for beginners and seasoned meditators alike.
NB you will be walking alone but we will be a group together on zoom
NB 2 this is a daytime session
You need:
- Comfortable shoes and clothes for walking
- Headphones and phone to connect to zoom
- An open mind
- To walk in an area you feel undisturbed
Group Energy Healing
Anette has a natural gift for healing, and in this session she will guide you through a powerful group experience that allows deep release, restoration, and renewal. Her presence, intuition, and energy create a safe space where your body, mind, and spirit can soften, let go, and realign.
Group healing carries an extra magic—the shared energy of everyone present amplifies the effect, so each person receives exactly what they need on a soul level. You may feel lighter, calmer, more open, or even deeply moved in ways that are hard to put into words.
This is an invitation to pause, receive, and allow Anette’s healing abilities to support your journey toward balance, clarity, and inner peace.
